There's optimism and then there's stupidity. It's a very fine line

I'd like to recommend "Storytelling" by Todd Solondz, the genius that has also directed gems like "Happiness" and "Welcome to the Dollhouse". Unfortunately "Storytelling" never found a German distributor for a theatrical release, but it's available on region 2 DVD. The cast is brilliant (e.g. John Goodman, Paul Giamatti) and the script by Solondz is as sarcastic and sardonic as all his previous works. I'd really like to see "Palindromes" as soon as possible but in Bremen it's only shown dubbed. :-(
